Synopsis
Morris McCarthy, better known as The Dirty Cowboy, returns to once again terrorize Doug County, leaving violence and chaos in his wake. With the notorious outlaw back on the loose, Ranger Chester Holt is forced to take up the hunt, joined by Frank Marston, a seasoned marshal from a neighboring county. As the two lawmen close in, they find themselves facing an unpredictable and dangerous McCarthy who has no intention of being taken alive. Meanwhile, Sheriff Dutch, the state's veteran lawman who has come dangerously close to capturing McCarthy before, remains tied to the outlaw's troubled history. What follows is a violent pursuit across the countryside as old rivalries resurface and the law makes another attempt to finally bring The Dirty Cowboy to justice.
