Riley Dorrington

Riley Dorrington is a Canadian independent film director, writer, producer and editor based in Nova Scotia. He founded Rated FATKO Productions in 2019, growing it from a YouTube channel of comedy skits into a production company releasing original short and full-length movies across thriller, mystery, action, horror, western and comedy.

He has directed every Rated FATKO film to date, writing several of them himself and handling production, cinematography, editing and visual effects in-house alongside a close-knit crew. His work is shot on practical locations around Nova Scotia with the people and resources available. This approach has led to the release of over 14 films, including the 2026 spy thriller 0007 Ironspy, which premiered at the Amherst Theatre to a sold-out crowd of over 80 people.
